SUMMARY:The Cuckmere Pilgrims Path  - Part 2 (Eastern Churches)
DESCRIPTION:This is a pretty walk with some stiles and small\, gentle hills.\nCuckmere Pilgrim Path\n\nWe will walk the route from Berwick Station via the churches in Arlington to Wilmington\, Lullington and finally Alfriston\, with plenty of stopping on the way.  The route is approximately 5.81 miles.\n\n\nHow to get there \nTake the 09.10 train from East Croydon\, changing at Lewes and arriving at Berwick Station at 10.25.   Please check there is no change at Lewes.\nI will meet the group at 10.25 at Berwick station\n\n\nThe official source for trains in Great Britain | National Rail\n\nTravelling back from Alfriston to Berwick \nOption 1 – The community bus departs Alfriston\, Market cross at 17.08 and takes a long route back to Berwick Station arriving at 17.48\nOption 2 – We could walk another 3 miles from Alfriston to Berwick.\n\nTravelling from Berwick to East Croydon\nTrains depart Berwick station at 9 mins past and 25 mins past the hour.\nWe will aim to catch the 18.09 train which arrives at East Croydon at 19.18 via Lewes.\n\nPlease bring refreshments\, drinks with you.\nWeather currently showing as drizzle with a gentle breeze\n\nLook forward to seeing you all.  Pauline\n  \nGuidance on Walking\, Cycling and Camping – Croydon Outdoor Pursuits & Social Events Club \n
