DESCRIPTION:Meet at Addiscombe Tram stop at 9.15 \nRide along the Waterlink Way. \nIt is mainly along cycle paths and is not hilly. It takes about an hour to reach La Delice café at Ladywell where we can have a break. Then we will go on to Deptford to follow Quietway 1 (a new cycle route) up to London. (About another hour) \nPlease bring a spare inner tube if you can. \nFrom there we could cycle back\, or return by train from London Bridge to East Croydon. All depends on weather etc.
