DESCRIPTION:Continuing to be inspired by Paul’s assault on the Loop\, and encouraged by the enthusiastic turnout for Parts 1 to 8\, I’m continuing the Capital Ring circuit. \nNewbies can click on the map above to see what the Capital Ring is all about. \nA detailed description of this leg is at https://innerlondonramblers.org.uk/images/RingandLoop/guides/CR09-greenford-to-south-kenton-Dec24.pdf \nThis leg is a stroll of about 5.6 miles\, mostly on tarmac\, pavements and grass. There are a couple of steep slopes.
