Capital Ring Walk 8 – Osterley Lock to Greenford

Continuing to be inspired by Paul’s assault on the Loop, and encouraged by the enthusiastic turnout for Parts 1 to 7, I’m continuing the Capital Ring circuit – I think we’re over half-way now!
Newbies can click on the map above to see what the Capital Ring is all about.
A detailed description of this leg is at https://innerlondonramblers.org.uk/images/RingandLoop/guides/CR08-osterley-lock-to-greenford-Dec24.pdf
This leg is a stroll of about 5.5 miles, mostly on paved surfaces and with no big hills. Some muddy trails are possible.
There are plenty of feeding and toilet opportunities along the way, and there are pub options at the end, yet to be investigated.
