This event has been POSTPONED due to Storm Darragh!

. . . because not only morning bus travel from the croydon area will be difficult, but also Sutton Council are almost certain to close both Grove Park + Wilderness Island for safety reasons.  Consequently, Keith will rearrange for a vacant Sunday in either late February or March.

From 10.30am meet for coffee   in “The Galaxy” cafe at

78, Carshalton High Street (which is opposite the Cryer Arts Centre) where you can get various buses from East Croydon, West Croydon + Purley.

Then a three mile leisurely circular walk via Carshalton Ponds, the River Wandle, Wilderness Island + ending up about 3pm at a pub in Carshalton.
