Barry and Gill have entertained us in the past with their Traditional Treasures, an evening of revelations and songs about the oddities of English life, and Down the Canal, the story of Britain’s canals in words, pictures and song.

Now they’re back with their latest production. As they describe it:

Our new seasonal talk explores some of the many traditional customs associated with Christmas and the months of winter generally, in story, song and pictures. Some may be familiar, while others are less well-known, but we hope you will enjoy finding out about them and joining in some songs!.
