Hello copsers

I have a cunning plan for this Sunday.  From Croydon, catch the 09.23 train to Uckfield, alighting at Hever at 9.50.

We will then walk to Chiddingstone for coffee and cake, then on to Markbeech for beer (should be Harveys Old Ale). After that we will walk to Cowden and get the train back to Edenbridge Town.  A 10 minute walk takes us back to Hever Towers for Mulled Wine and Mince Pies.

The route is about 6.5 miles and is likely to be muddy. Best to bring some food to keep you going.  You will need to get a return ticket to Cowden.

Remember, you have to earn your pies and wine by doing the walk.  Please let Grumpy Knickers know if you intend to come so that we know how many supplies to get in.
