| Where | Warlingham Green. 403 bus leaves West Croydon at 7.11, passing Fairfield Halls, Swan & Sugarloaf, Sanderstead etc |
| Distance | 2.2-3 miles |
| Terrain | Footpaths, a couple of small hills |
| Finish | 9.30ish at the White Lion pub in Warlingham, for possible refreshment before catching the 403 bus back to Croydon |
