Tai Chi with Richard Pearce

Tai chi, as I’m sure you know, is an internal Chinese martial art, now much practised here for its health and fitness benefits – low impact exercise relieving stress on the body and mind.
Bob Gilly is an adherent, and we’ve persuaded his teacher, Richard Pearce, to come along this Tuesday evening to enlighten us all. He will explain its history and background, give a demonstration, and invite our boldest to give it a try.
No special clothing required to take part, but high heels are best avoided.
