From Bat and Ball Station it’s a 1 mile walk to the reserve .

The Reserve was created from a disused gravel pit. Its lakes , reedbeds, and woodland make it a good site for birds and other wildlife –

Bring binoculars if you have them . The visitor centre has displays, toilets and light refreshments (?) ” Picnic tables are available if youchoose to bring a picnic.

Later we walk back to Sevenoaks Station and a catch either 15.36 * 15.52 , 16.06 * or 16.22 back to Bromley South. * Change at Orpington
