A 4 hour linear walk from Seaford to Eastbourne and then a bus back to Seaford. One pub en route in Birling Gap. Bring snacks and drinks.

Meet in East Croydon to depart for Seaford at 9:30am by car, around 70 minutes journey. Meet at Frankie’s Beach Cafe on the sea front, for walking by 11:00.

Regular buses back to Seaford from Eastbourne take around 30 minutes.
