Mindfulness colouring

Tuesday 9th April

Mindfulness colouring is a calming activity and Anti-stress art therapy for Busy People.

I will provide blank drawings, paper and a set of coloured pencils.

Please bring along your own colours if you have.

If you rather make a drawing that is an option too. If so, you may want to bring an object.
