This walk will be about 8 miles, but 6 with a possible short cut depending on conditions. It is fairly hilly and some paths will be muddy.

As usual, bring a packed lunch, but there are cafes at Keston and High Elms, and pubs at Downe.

So meet at East Croydon bus station at 9.30 for the 119 bus to Hayes. (or meet at Hayes by 10.00)

Then we will join the London Loop via Keston to High Elms. Return from Downe on the 146 bus to Hayes, then 119 back to Croydon.
