Croydon Folk Song Club meets on Mondays in the Cedar Hall at the back of Ruskin House. On 23rd April (Monday) they are having a special evening, partly to celebrate St George’s day, but also Shakespeare’s birthday, which happens to be the same day! There will be a meal of roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, etc, a quiz about Shakespeare and some folk dancing.  All for £10!
