After the big success of last year’s Wine Tasting, we’re doing it again this week.

Come along and show off your nose, your palate, or any acceptable body part. There’ll be special selections from Croydon’s finest wine merchants  – OK, supermarkets – served in real glasses and accompanied by outstanding cheeses and carefully selected biscuits, including a gluten-free option.

There’s £2 charge for the wine and comestibles If you’re swerving alcohol please come along anyway. You can get away with a token contribution for the food. Feel free to bring your soft drink of choice. We’re starting at 8.30 sharp! I’m not saying the wine will be gone by 8.45, but I have seen some COPSErs in action at the pub . . .
