If you fancy a  leisurely afternoon out join Linda at Gatton Park,  at 1pm to wander amongst 260 acres of parkland and gardens. Gatton Park is based in the Surrey Hills area of outstanding beauty.

Travel by train to Redhill Station, then the recommendation is to take a taxi (10 mins journey) to the park. Shared taxi’s shouldn’t be expensive.

Or take the 405 bus to Rocky Lane or Monson Road bus stops and a short walk, with some uphill.

Exit Junction 8, taking the A217 towards Reigate. After 400 metres fork left onto Gatton Bottom (signposted Merstham). After one mile turn right onto Rocky Lane. The entrance is on the right after a further 400 metres and is signposted Royal Alexandra and Albert School.
