Body Balance

Tuesday 18th February

It involves mild stretching exercises- we are toning it down so everyone can participate.
Probably best not to eat up to an hour before.
The idea is to do 15 minute standing warm-ups the standing stretching. Then a bit of chair exercises and hopefully we would be warm enough to do a 15 minute mediation segment.
