Our Associate members Tim and Sally will talk about their trip to Morocco

Although "Old Palace" are an energetic, female dance side, all men will certainly be welcomed to fully participate in the evening and to enjoy learning a little about the Morris dancing traditions in the Northwest of England, when clogs are worn and bring an extra, very distinctive rhythmic sound to performances.

Mindfulness colouring is a calming activity and Anti-stress art therapy for Busy People. I will provide blank drawings, paper and a set of coloured pencils. Please bring along your own colours if you have. If you rather make a drawing that is an option too. If so, you may want to bring an object.
